On April 3, Day One will announce the winners of its "Your Voice, Your View" contest, held in conjunction with FOX TV, 92 PRO-FM and Hot 106. The event will mark the beginning of Sexual Assault
Awareness Month (SAAM), a national observance to draw attention to this issue. This year Day One will announce two first place winners, one for a TV spot to air on FOX TV, the other for
a radio spot that will play on HOT 106 and 92 PRO-FM. The finalists and their teachers, representing high schools from around the state, will be present at the
announcement event at Woonsocket Area Career and Technical Center. The winning ads will be played at the announcement, and finalists will be available to speak to the media. HOT 106 and 92 PRO-FM, two of
Rhode Island's most popular radio stations with teens, and FOX TV will air the winning ad repeatedly during April as part of their commitment to SAAM.
