Director of Development
Day One is seeking a highly motivated professional to provide leadership and direction to a comprehensive program to secure significant new and increased financial resources from individuals, corporations, and
foundations to advance the mission of the organization.
Candidates must have a demonstrated capacity to strategically formulate and execute fundraising
campaigns as well as a proven ability to identify, cultivate, and sustain lasting relationships leading to successful solicitations for financial support.
The Director reports to the Executive Director and works closely with Day One's Board of Directors and management team. Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated fundraising experience including major gifts, corporations, government, foundations, and special events
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong database management skills, preferably with Raiser's Edge
- Capital campaign experience

Fee for Service Clinicians
LICSW, LMHC, LMFT to provide clinical treatment to adults, adolescents and children who have experienced trauma.
The fee-for-service clinicians are responsible for the following:
- Demonstrating exceptional engagement skills and clinical expertise in the provision of trauma-focused mental health treatment;
- Providing time-limited, evidence-based individual treatment to Day One Client clients;
- Providing time-limited, evidence-based group treatment to Day One clients.
- Following up by phone or letter with clients, collaterals, and outside agencies as needed to optimize client progress and regular attendance;
- Discussing in session any current payment or attendance issues for client;
- Participating in weekly supervision and treatment planning meetings; and
- Timely documentation of all case activities in accordance with Day One policies.
Required skills:
Expertise in delivering time-limited, evidence-based mental health treatment approaches that can be
utilized with clients who have experienced trauma; strong interpersonal skills; a deep understanding of and commitment to the mission of Day One. Hours and schedule are flexible. Clinicians receive payment per session.
